Lol - it stayed flat to the edge of the trace. The CO levels were right down the middle too which will keep the greenies happy as well. I had to replace the alternator this evening and the slave for the clutch. By the time I get the thing done it will be time to start again...lmao

I am having a ball screaming about and the fuel is actually better with the dellorto than with the single 1.5 SU - reall really happy with that...but the roar...grin from ear to ear...

Guys - the car is running spot on now - I had it sooo close it wasnt funny. Autotech in Fyshwick dyno-ed it and now has 190 correctors, 7772.5 ems, 155 mains and 50 side pumping accellerator jets. Pete at Autotech did a fantastic job and gave a very modest 57hp to boot(very choofed considering only a 998cc). I want to thank you all for your advice and Makka - ta for the carb - the induction roar is a hoot and really rumbles along.

Next is to get the paint sorted - starting to show its age now - another few week-ends work

Hooroo for now

Rob, what air filter & manifold are you running?
I'm setting up Mini Mad's 40DHLA on his 1152 today, it's got a Ramflo on it- manifold is a Redline 3005.
Mission- outpower Gafmo's 1152 on the dyno tomorrow! :P

Don't think my alloy Dellorto airbox is a go on a rodchange clubbie. Top steady is in the way, and they rock about so much it would probably hit the firewall. :x
So, I still got it. Would look nice in a purple van with remote box... 8)

Yea, alloy box is a no go, not enough room in it's current incarnation..

Probably could squeeze it in and use it as a 3rd engine mount to make up for the lack of a remote box ;)
