Just because the manufacturer has not specified a towing weight does not mean it is illegal to tow with it. The RTA (NSW) rules specify what rules apply to cars without a towing weight.

So looking at that you may be better off with a Cooper S

OK, so then as its a chassis modification you'd really need to get it engineered then to be legal. Really don't think you'll find someone who'll engineer it!
