Hi guys,
i had a few too many spare design and technology classes, and thought i might as well do something to the ugly boot bay...
would anyone be interested in a template?
if theres enough interest ill put em on the net...
let me know what u think. 8)

looks nice mate. I seriosuly need to do something with my boot too, put in some carpet and stuff.

sick ladd... how did you fix the carpet to the bootlid?
I'm still yet to do this to mine - got the boot liner all done just not the boot lid.


Okkher so did you mount it on 3mill then screw it into the boot?

mine has a carpeted boot lid, all it is is a bit of thin mdf then u glue the carpet to that the u screw it to the lid. new holes need to be drilled...(der)

What i did was cut the carpet out to fit around the inside groove of the boot lid (Der) and then mouted it onto thick cardboard with liquid nails (or something like that), so it would be flexible and curve with the boot lid :wink: then around the outside i screwed it to the bootlid...
looks pretty schmik. 8)
