Pulled my spare Mk2S box down to fix jumping out of 2nd on overrun. This box has a 3.44 diff, where the Mk2S one in my Mini is running a 3.647.
I'm hoping the 3.44 diff will allow me to accelerate in 1st gear without short shifting @ 5000 due to A008 wheelspin, like I have to now.. :?

I could just buy stickier front tyres- but as I'm retired, swapping the box gives me something to do... :)

Stripes look neat...I wouldn't have the Rover Mini sticker in the middle of the back window...but I'm just a minimalist old phart
