Julia Zemiro has Dave Hughes on her show this Wednesday....the preview shows her in either a Mini or 1100 (think she drove one in the previous series, so may not be Dave as I have seen a pic with him near a HJ-HZ Holden Station Wagon)

Might be worth a look tho....2130

Hi 9YaTaH,

I'm pretty sure the mini featured in Home Delivery belongs to Greig Malaure's fiancé Anke.

It's a beautiful Malmö green Minimatic.

The footage for the program was shot on the NSW Central Coast and I believe it was used to replicate the first car of maybe actress Julia Morris? as she retraces growing up. However I'm not sure when this particular episode of the series will go to air.

Hope I'm correct with this info

Cheers Chris

Slightly off topic but did anyone see the red mini that got blown up in the ad for 'the blacklist' on 7 I think. Kinda upsetting

I could think of better cars to blow up for a television program. Why pick on a poor innocent Mini?

Poor little Mini had two Julia's and a fully grown cameraman in the back seat...at first I thought "needs a pump up" then spotted the great lump in the back seat...

Apart from that, she looked lovely (the Mini I mean)

Thanks Chris, the Mini might have been slightly overloaded but obviously that didn't impede forward motion!

I see you are a Terrigal Toff, we used to love to hang out at the Florida Hotel Beergarden (now Crown Plaza owned) in the 60s and 70s 8)

Yes that's right 9YaTaH the beer garden at Terrigal is still around today and one of the best venues on the coast for a Sunday session overlooking the beach. :D

Anke's stroker mini matic used in the show is a sleeper built by her fiancée Greig Malaure from Mini Classic Ermington NSW (no shortage of grunt) it was sourced from Greig by the ABC because Julia needed an automatic.
