Anyone know what size 15" wheels fit a moke with out any mods (besides flairs)?
also know any brands or wheel types avaliable?
I've seen quite a few mokes with 15" wheels but everyone keeps telling me they wont fit.... ie, performance, bob jane, simons....

I believe its the same as the clasic mini.... only in 13" standard...

Then finally 13's ........

I guess it will depend how much space you have under the wheel arch to fit a bigger size wheel. As long as you have the extra space and they won't rub and you get low profile tyres you can go bigger. They told me that 14" wouldn't fit on a mini but they do as long as you can find the tyres.

Hey your the guy i've been trying to get hold of

What size rims r they and what tyers are you running?
im getting some ROH custom wheels made up (2 piece wheels)
15x 5.5 the rims will fit no worries its just the tyers im worried about...
i used to have 185x60xR13 on my original set that came with the moke and they were no worries.... im borrowing some sunraisers now just to get measurments and one of them has a 185x65xR13 tyer and it rubs whel fully thurned left near the radiator...
made me think im not ganna be able to fit 15's becasue i thought the smallest tyer i could get was 195x50xR15.... please tell me im wrong

I prefer a meatier tyre for off-road, and stuck with 14" (the smallest that will fit over the subie brakes). Personally think they look more in proportion.

But if low profile tyres float your boat...

Id be happy with 14" but havn't seen many nice 14" rims around that i like.... after something polished... Very little wheels around that fit a moke, and most places that do a 3 piece wheel will have a minimal size of 15"...
or there 13's and 14's look s#*t ugly.... especialy on a moke.

Too true, there are some ugly ones around.
I'm a bit sick of cleaning mags, so I got factory subie "polished" mags and had them sandblasted and powder coated to suit my proposed colour scheme.

They looked crap before they were coated, but have come up a treat.

Note they are Subie 5 stud pattern, not Moke.
13" Moke stud pattern is the same as the late Minis, but with thicker (stronger) studs.
Trailer hubs are available off the shelf with this pattern, and you will see a lot of boats and tow truck jinkers fitted with them (usually with 10" mags).

Legally you cannot exceed the rolling diam of the largest diam. tyre originally available on your model, so you would have to use a low profile on a 15" to stay the same as 13"/ 75 profile tyre (at least them's the rules here in the West).

Yeah there is a site on the web that I found which calculated from the original rolling diameter to what you would need if you increased the wheel size.

Do a search maybe and find out what low profile you will need.
