I'm starting to look at doing up my 1100 and just want to get a feel for what people have successfully done. So what have you done to your 1100 and what have you got out of it? Any tips or tricks for someone just starting would be great

Having had a 1100 for a long time ( blown up a few as well) I recon a worked head a 12g202 worked out to a 295 works well 1.5 inch carbie and LCD extractors and a 731 cam or a re13 works great around town and still gets up and goes on the open road make sure u have a 344 diff :)

+60 OB, well worked+skimmed 202 head, lightened flywheel, RE13 cam, 3.7 diff, had a 45 weber on it and pulled 50.1hp atw last dyno shoot out, now has 1 3/4" SU which works nice as well, not as fun i dont think... :lol:
