Thanks all,

MM - yes, that is a fact! However, I am hopeful that should the water pump belt ever start to shred (unlikely), that because the line is close to the firewall and the top of the tower, that it wont have a chance to wrap around the brake line and snag it.

The belts will be changed every 100,000kms anyway (yes I do plan on keeping it this long and doing this many km's with it, after all, it will be my daily).

Thanks for looking out for me though :D

Cheers,
Tricky

Hi Halsey,

Sadly, no, not on track!

Still some major things to do, and no time left.

The driveshafts wont arrive here on time, the turbo still hasnt arrived, and some other stuff still hasnt been done.

I will however, be at the Muster, as will the car.

I am sincerely sorry to disappoint you all, but some things jsut cant be controlled.

Cheers,
Tricky

Bad luck Andy, still as others have said, and I have experienced this myself (bloody dyno day), you will forget all this once it is on the road and yeah don't rush it...

Cheers

Matt

Except mine is not a daily driver ;)

It's sad to hear the cat wont make it to the muster, we've all been there and it seems that every time you have a target or a date to be at some it event you rarely make it with these things  It is all worth it in the end though :)
