1) Looks to me like the flex line to the clutch is a bit short?? Might just be the pic though.

2) With your fuel filter, isn't that in the way of your rear strut brace/spare wheel carrier you made, or have I missed something new you've whipped up?

3) I'm not sure that i like nutserts for seat mounts. :?

Other than that, bloody awesome! :D

Geez the fuel system has come up a treat....with boot and side boards covering/hiding everything you will still be left with a heap of room in there...

No, thank God its only temporary!!

Thankyou everybody else for the kind words.

Stuwey,

To answer your questions..........
1. No, it just looks that way in the pic, its actually the same length as the original Toyota item
2. The fuel filter sits between both spars of the brace - made sure of the position of the filter when the brace was still in
3. This should be just fine. The front of the seat bracket being an angle, has bolts on both faces, so one set of bolts is in shear while the other set is on tension at any one time. The Engineer did not have any issues, so neither do I. Thanks for the concern though!

Cheers,
Tricky

Tricky, lookin very nice there as usual.

Just one though on your brake lines. It seems that the one for the front right runs directly in line with the water pump pulley.
If you split a belt is there a chance it could rip the line off? I had a belt let go a few months back, split half way through and had a tail of about a foot flailing around in the bay. Made one hell of a racket and would have made short work of anything in the way I reckon.

Wouldn't hurt to check it out, you don't want to have a fan belt ruin your brakes.

Cheers

Madmorrie
