Fantastic Poeee.
I would love one of these tractors or a motor.
The tractor was available as a diesel and also as a petrol.

Tractor looks a bit like a Fergie TEA20 that got left in the rain, and shrunk.

Yes, plaese give me that pic in fullsize! :)
strassenbelag[at]gmx.net

I`ve wrote to the "Morris Garages"
(2/4 Scoresby Road, Bayswater, Melbourne 3153.
Email: [email protected]
Website: http://www.geocities.com/morrisgarages_au )

But they had nothing to do with the diesel-Minor I was told.
Is there another Minor-garage in Melbourne...?
I`d love to have some details bout the turbo-conversion :)
(Or at least some facts)

Cheers,
Jan

I was with Simon when he took those photo's. The guy ran it on used vegetable oil so it cost him very little. A big heated fuel tank was under the rear floor as well as the original 6 gallon tank, fortunately independant because he punctured the big one once. I didn't get the capacity but he said he got 5000 kms from it. Don't get excited chaps, it was gut-less so he fitted the turbo so it would get up hills -- slowly. Thorpe from Morris Minor Australia in Moorabbin knew the car and it''s owner but wasn't involved in the development. There is another in South Australia I'm told - maybe the same one. :D
