Hey Doc,

Did you notice an improvement in performance using the bum-dyno after you put them on?

And, did you have to retune the SU's as they would have leaned out a bit I thought?

When I fitted Unifilter foam to my 45 Dellorto (1360 motor) instead of the Finer Filter one, I had to go up 2 main jet sizes. A/F is around 12.5 at full power.
Definitely got more power, it went from 75.4 to 86.6HP ATW with this and a cam change (RE13 to RE282).

With the twin HS4s on the 1293, I put the Unifilters in to start with. A/F ratio is a straight line at 13.0 with #6 needles.

Oh yes I went from an RC40 to 2" system as well, forgot about that. it all adds up... :wink:

I'd guess the cam change had a large chunk of that, but even so, anything over 3HP or so you can feel thru the bum dyno, so that's significant :D
