Like I said on the unmentionable MiniSpares Padstow post, doesnt any post on an information forum fall under the freedom of information provisions and hence the forum cant be held liable?

Btw I just realised that the majority of my posts are not actualy helpful to anyone but are just lame sarcasm and in general being a C asterisk asterisk T. So sorry to everyone.

Mike...this part of the law has come under alot of scrutiny in the past couple of years, but those provisions dont particularly apply. It can still be held has defamation via slander or libel despite how free the net seems.

I had to do soem work on uni for a similar subject regarding contract obligations over the ecommerce and remembered stumbling across some of this stuff. Might have a look and let everyone know.

On other forums however, the people have chosen to target the individual Forum user for proceedings. I guess it depends whom they decide to take the action against.

My opinion would be to merely wanr people via pm etc if you can see they are going to deal with a certain establishment.

The first post, did you say after the limit, it was 75UScents per GB? Did you mean just a Megabyte? Because it doesn't sound to be that much money>

hi everyone, i was bored at work again yesterday so i started messing about in illustrator and came up with the following. I know stickers have already been organised but i thought id just chuck this into the mix anyway. Its all vectored artwork (for those in the know) so it can be re-sized to anysize without losing its "cripsness" and the text can be changed to anything and any font aswell.
have a good day!!!

Love the UK round nose. They look like they are pics from a repair manual.

If you move up a thingie so you can host pics wont you pay more because your hosting pics which take up more space? And your bandwidth will go up even more then.

Why dont you charge people to view the board?

I cant afford to do that, but I can bung you the odd sheep now and again for a barbie

And you can't put Australia's leading online mini resource cos it aint. How do you know there's not another site that gives more detailed information?

Hmmmmmmmmm... I think I'll stick to sheep, they're not so restrictive. Well not if your wearing flared boots and velcro gloves lmao
