OK I've finished them and bolted on- with .016" clearance, valve lift is now 0.365". :D
Bush bore offset is 1.1mm.
Not bad for a crappy old set of 850/998 pressed steel rockers- so old that the pillars were alloy. Can't remember when they dropped those and went to cast iron... :?
The alloy ones often used to collapse under head stud tension = another blown head gasket for you......... :evil:

<edit 2> rocker ratio is now 1.31:1

Of course I'm NOT using the old corroded alloy pillars Gaf, I have cast iron (so-called `steel') ones off an S set. :lol:
