To answer your question. I had made two subframe prior, to it taking three of us three and a half days to make my frame for my car. And to prove the process, the same three individuals on a different car took the same amount of time the very next weekend.

4 days. Less, you're rushing. More, you're making sure you get it right.

As Ron said, no two subframe are the same and no two cars are the same. If you don't trial fit the frame after each step in the process you will come unstuck by making assumptions.
