Hi All,
I am looking to fit a new exhaust system to my mino, curently has 998cc engine(twin su's),LCB,with standard mini muffler/backbox.I will be more thanlikly coosing between a maniflow 1.75 inch system,or RC-40 Twin box system. What I am after is a real throaty/sporty note.Which system would be the better pick?(I dont mind loud, quite like it).

RC40 twin box is pretty quiet. I'd get an RC40 single, they sound like a proper Cooper S used to..
I don't know about the Maniflow one, just that the RC40 WORKS. 8) :P

they're expensive because they come from pomgolia is what i'm saying.
that doesnt mean they're not good, but you could probably get sommit similar locally for half the price

Thanks heaps for the opinions guys, definate food for thought. Not really worried where the exhaust is from, just the performance.rc40 seems to be the more cost effective option and have a decent rep.

If you look inside an RC40 rear box it's straight thru just like a Lukey, but has an expansion chamber at the front end.
Lukey is a bit shorter & LOUDER, we have one on Barney. But the sound gets tiring after a while.

I used to run 3-1's with a RC40 single and it sounded sweet and gave me that added few HP :)

I'd recommend this for any smallbore and stock bigbore
