Just letting everyone know that they have finally dropped the price for Run flat tyres from the $380 to $420 buck margin down to $280 bucks

Dunlop Sp Sport Run flat tyre: 195/55/R16 -87H (& the Good year eagle run flat)

Thats 60 bucks more than a standard tyre, but i managed to get 110,000ks out of the tyres on my MINI...........not bad :D

That and the fact that Beaurepairs wanted me to sign a waver form, if i put standard tyres on the car ?????

why would they want you to sign a waiver? If you go to a performance tyre company and not the general beurepairs type deal you will get much better advice. A decent tyre makes soooo much of a difference to the car its not funny.

My mum recently put new tyres on her car and couldn't believe the difference it made. On the standard tyres (towards the end of their life) it felt like the car needed constant wheel alignments - it would track with the ruts in the road etc. After the new tyres were put on all that stuff vanished and is now like a totally different car to drive.

Wow I hope that is the same with my car. Mine picks up every little rut in the road. This is my first post BTW.
