Well the output that my engine was making meant that the K&N was not enough. The Ramflo with unifilter element was not enough. So I did my R&D and came up with these from UK:

Previous setup:

Current setup:

So I was told to get blue socks... what do you guys think???

Socks are unifilter of course

The 45 webber ones are pretty large:

Have not taken her for a drive yet, it's too late and I will wake the neighbours  No doubt they will be louder than the K&N...

I think the blue looks fantastic.

Red wouldn't stand out.
Black would be boring.
Yellow would look foul.
And green is the only other option, but blue beats it 8)

Yes Jim i have gone for a drive... She goes harder than ever!!!

I don't think they are much better than the ramflo low down to midrange but there is something different about it. I can't quite figure it out. I think it might even be the ramtubes rather than running ram stacks? I dunno but one things for sure she sure loves to wheelspin more than before

The sound is actually muffled more than the ramflo but has a deeper and louder dellorto gurgle... I need to drive her more to figure it out...
