Hey, i spotted you today at Mini Spares and Repairs. Did you pull up and park across the road at about 5:30 this arvo? I recognise your car from the avatar.

I'm gonna subscribe to this thread because i'll need some attention to my gearbox soon too. The bastard jumps out of second sometimes while decelerating.

I don't think we've met before and since there was minis everywhere the arrival of another wasn't a massive deal. I do remember yours though as it had the stripes. I was the tall slim guy that you walked past on your way in.

Hi, apart from Lindsay Seibler at Minis Plus in Bayswater (97299522) there is Russell Turner in Mooroolbark who has been doing mini engines and gearboxes for years. (97266640) He is zenablackdog on ebay. Probably a bit of a drive from Somerville though. Then there is mini bits in Officer (59432367) (haven't been there myself) You have obviously tried Mini Spares in Seaford. Maybe ring them all and see how long it would take to do and how much it would cost. Cheers.

You may want to try Len Read at Racepoint developments. He is very close to where you live. A good contact to have. He's been working on Mini's for decades and really knows his stuff. He doesn't charge a fortune either. Give him a call on (03) 5977 8771.

HRS.

we've had a bit of work done at Pistons over the past 12 months (3 cars worth) I would throughly recommend Lindsay for anything you want done.
