 Post subject: round nose VS clubby

hey ya every1 :D

hey is it easier to do a engine swap on round nose mini then a clubby.. and which one is betta roundy or squary, because im thinking of swapping my mini when it gets painted for a roundy, but im still not sure..please place your votes :D .... thanx every1 :D

we had a clubby (13secmini - drmini) engine put into a moke
easy as
all in one day
a gearbox swap included

yeah tyson in the clubby there is a bit more room than the roundnose engine bay......... is still possible to do it, it's just more work is all. In the end the decision is yours................ :?

yeah its just soooo confusing. actually i dont have to swap my clubman i can have 2 but the only prob is doin them both at the same time but i was thinking of getting all the good parts of my clubman and putting them on the roundnose. i dont know what it is but there is sumthing about the round nose that i like but im just not sure... anyway ill see what i can do but please people still feel free to post your thoughs... thanx sg and 68matic :wink:

Why don't you just finish your car and engine, then get a fibreglass flip front clubby and roundy section, and paint them the same.
Then you can have whatever car you want whenever you have 10 min to do a front switch.

yeah and that was gonna be my other idea. i just forgot to post it up but i think that is what i mite aswell go with.... hey its my 100th post :D

I like the Clubman because you can pull the motor out by using a floor jack in about 45 minutes.
