Bonnet pins are not rice, they were common on competition cars before you were born... :wink:
What about my 2 bonnet straps on HaHa, are they rice??? :P

Nah they are heritage :lol:

The pins stand out like dogs testes.
And on a relatively 'standard' looking car, they look very out of place.

My opinions only.

Dusz fasteners!!!

Thats what kept the engine cowlings on, on Spitfires and Mustangs during the war.

I remember when I was stationed in the Pacific ............ (ah the memories)

But Dusz fasteners are excellent for this kind of thing.
