Soo i got over the busa mini idea, it was gonna cost way way to much and i worked out i could spend money more wisely, soo i thought of buyin a pre modified A series engine, now my questions is this...... I found a web site a while ago that sold pre modified mini engine and tons of other performance parts for minis, im pretty sure it was a US company but i cant bee 100% on that, does anyone know of this site? if so could u please post up a link to it or any other company like this

you should put this thread in the A series mods forum.... and there are oodles of places that will modify you an engine in Australia, easier, cheaper and safer than importing one, but if you don't have a mini already, just buy one that is close to what you want - works out much cheaper than building one and someone has already done the hard work...

Come on you must be kidding.

Do a Gti or efte conversion, you know you want to.

Going from a bike engine back to a A-series ???

the swift is still sitting at the end of my street.... much cheaper than a modded A series, except for the cost of the conversion that is...

170HP Crank...so ~145-50 at the wheels vs 4EFTE with minimal mods 200atw..

A Series at that power figure (and imho that's a BS power quote - not true power) would only last you 12months.
