Yeah Bara having FUN (loose term). Still if this new hose works, which is should I am going to dummy wire the fuel pump to see if it works and also to get some pressure in the lines to test for leaks elsewhere. If this all goes well I have decided to bite the bullet and turn her over this weekend...

Matt,

Got a match?

No, seriously, good luck this weekend with starting the car, I'l have my fingers crossed for you.

Inazuma, yeah thought about the lag but i suppose i'll have to see how it goes. In reality it won't be any longer than Dean's.

Dan

Dan, it is funny you should say that. I filled the tank up with water and flushed it but obviously there was some residue as I struck an arc and then came a loud bang. No flames so nothing too serious.

Hey Dan was just thinking about your set up. If you're going to run the turbo over the box it will obviously require something creative with the headers....why don't you use the factory exhaust header? Instead of bolting the turbo directly to the manifold - make up a pipe that simply bolts to the factory flange and then bends and runs to where you need it to go. I'm sure it won't really have that much of an impact (over the log).

Ive borrower a pic of Matt's car as it was the only front on pic I could find at short notice. Note my handwork with MS Paint.

Actually stripey that a bloody good idea and as you say is in alot of ways a much neater solution that will probably perform as well as the long imho.
