Well I have installed the intercooler and the turbo for the last time. Now just need to finalise the radiator and the engine bay is pretty much done. The radiator is off getting the inlet moved to the other end. Also rang the ACT RTA about airfilters and he said the only requirement was that is was securely attached, but no need for airbox! K&N Here we come. Anyway here's a pic or two.

Nah Ina did it all myself and it will look even more attractive just leaving a few bits lying out until I get her running and then I will start really cleaning her up. Yeah Gafmo don't know about the K & N still have solved everthing else they sent at me so one more won't make a difference. Yeah dash etc is next

Yeah Bara I know what you mean. And as gafmo says you deserve a pat on the back to mate :) Actually that is the incredible bit. With bonnet fitted and closed I get a very loose finger width between bonnet and intercooler (15mm)?? But you're welcome to come around and hold it up while I tighten the screws. Oh also I just bought a K&N Filter, F__K they're expensive still as they say I'll never have to buy another one

Looks sweet Matt, it is really coming along. I am at the stage of trying to nut out my exhaust manifold, I'll try and post some pics tonight.

Wow Dan, your game trying the manifold yeah stick up some pics. I might pick your brain at some stage as when I change turbos I was going to have a go at making my own manifold. Let me know how you go.

Well got the radiator back so she's now bolted in. I am going to fabricate my own front brace as I butchered the other one and it will easier to make something to go around the radiator cap. Anyway here's a pic of the radiator in place.

This is where they moved the outlet of the Mini rad to the left hand side.
