Hi everyone,
I have been stripping a 1098 short motor today. I haven't taken the cam out yet but the number on the end is 621. Anybody identify it? I'm thinking it is a Camtech since I have another cam that is a 620 that is supposedly by Camtech. Anybody know the specs on the 621, I would like to know which out of the two is better.

Anto.

Camtech 621:
25/56-65/20 timing in/ex.
duration 261* inlet, 265* exhaust.
cam lift at lobe .264/.266"
LCA 108*
running clearance .015"
Camtech comments:
"Fair idle, good bottom end and midrange power, designed for engines with limited modifications. Min C/R 9:1."

My verdict? Pretty tame.
We run a Camtech 631 in Daytona the 1132 Clubby, which has 272* duration and .292" cam lift.
