I'm gonna go a flip front on the van with the honda under it, the front on the van is badly out of shape from a previous life, and I have another front ready for it but what do you guys reckon about the order to do it in.
Should I build the subframe and put the motor in before I cut the old front off, to make sure everything is gonna fit, or cut the front off and sort out the subframe and then fit the front over it....
depends which is gonna be the least hassle, and least likely to cause me problems later... I'm leaning towards getting the frame right and the motor in before cutting it, cos at least then I'll know that it'll all fit properly, and if I needed to weld the front on I could... but on the other hand, I might be able to fit the motor a little further forward if I go a flip front, meaning there is more room for intakes and stuff down the back of the motor
here's how I want to do the front, courtesy of Gafmo from ages ago
