It's the
main bearing caps it doesn't have. You can get new steel ones made by Russell Eng (for probably $400+) or buy some 4 bolt ones off MiniMania in US.
Any caps (other than the block's originals) are not a bolt in proposition. You will have to get the main bearing tunnels line bored. $200 (guess).
So far, it's not a cheap block, is it.
A set of Hypatec +.020", .040" or .060" pistons & rings is about $250. A rebore is $100-150 on top of that.
I'd forget straight cut close ratio gears for the street, but that's just me..
