Are all 997 Australian built Coopers fitted with the small plastic breather nipple under the rear passengers seat for the electric fuel pump and are all 997 Coopers fitted with the hanging style heater brackets under the dash?

No the very early cars had a 2 piece heater ,box under dash blower in engine bay and a vent flap behind the grill and no breather I'm not sure if both changes happened together.

The SU vent breather started at YKA2S1 2913 inline with the AUF200 to AUF201 SU pump change.

The heater J brackets started at YKA2S1 2145 inline with the heater change.

The different heater that you're talking about I think was on 997s not made here.
