I have a 4th Q built 1964 850 with key start. (body #57,xxx)

Should this have had a push button start from factory? Being such a late build i am wondering if certain items were dropped in favor of more 'modern' options.

I had a late 64, early 65 850 back in the day and it had the floor starter.

58159 and 59367 have floor starters

I've been sorting some parts and found this from everything I can tell its a floor starter is that correct?

Lucas 76401E is a part number for a starter solenoid. It looks similar to a mini one, but I’ve never taken mine off for a decent look. The metal cup looks a bit short than mine though

My 850 book says the part number is 76438, but I don’t know what the difference is
