I’d definitely flush tank and fuel line. Anything left in there would have evaporated and left sediment, mud. Would pay to put a filter on as well. I ended up replacing my tank because once I had it out I found pin hole leaks. When flushing it, the amount of mud and gunk was scary - was like blackberry jam in there.

Most of the rubbers/seals will likely have gone hard. May need to look at clutch and wheel cylinders etc

Tyres will be stuffed as well, only good for 7yrs or so before they dry out.

Yes tires hold air fine but are so hard it would be scary to use now. Shiny bottom in tank tho.

Don't try to turn the engine over without putting some oil down the bored. Get in there with an oil can and squirt heaps of oil in so it gets down to the rings.

All as said above new filters, clean fuel system, oil on everything, down cpark plug holes on each valve stem and turn over slowly by hand until it feels right.
When you finally get to cranking disconnect ignition to ensure you get good oil pressure before starting.

More hours spent checking old girl over before startup.
So far only sticky carb slides. Actually im amazed thehoses and rubbers are still soft. Except one small piece of fuel hose between carbs. Iv e taken master cylinder off but it was the actual pedal that was sticking.

Interesting. My 66 has shadow blue on plate. The inside of doors and floor paint was quite a bit darker - almost a denim blue like your firewall. Wife hated it, so I ended up going lighter, almost to what yours looks like now with the oxidisation:)

There is a larger tin can MC for disc brakes, not sure if that was cooper ?

Yes original paint is quite oxidized but its the original acrilic paint so it always did need regular polish to maintain the paint.
