One of these has popped up on eBay. Thought of getting one. But didn’t the one for a mini say “It floats on fluid too”? The former was on the 1100.

Were these stickers ever put on Cooper S by BMC when new on the showroom floor?

The Cooper S was occasionally dealer fitted with the "Australian made" sticker - not the "Floats on fluid" sticker.

Going off period photos and Bathurst photos it appears that it was fitted to the driver side until 1968/1969 then they fitted it to the passenger side.

My '69 K didn't have either "Australian Made" or "Floats on Fluid". It had the dealer's name and "Leap away with Mini K".
