Hi knowledgeable folks in mini land,

Any tips on how to price one's mini? There are few for sale in Aus that are similar so its a bit tricky and prices seem to be anything but stagnant.
If offering for sale is it a bit of a 'best guess' or is it worth getting a quasi-valuation done at a mini club or insurance mob?
Car is a matching numbers, mini k, completely original except for untrimmed dash cards (havent got around to it yet ) and interior carpet. Had a respray at some point i think. Amazingly reliable and does not leak (yeah...I know!)
Some surface rust in boot and firewall (mostly blanking plates). Odometer has 45000 miles or there abouts.
Only considering sale because of small screaming pink thing that's now in charge of household...

Put the 1970, Mini K, in SA to one side...then...when the dust settles and the small screaming pink thing gets older...it will be a great Parent/small screaming pink thing project  8)

Since there hasn't been a figure suggested I'll stick my neck out.

$15,000 plus, depending on actual condition

Thanks gtogreen, I hadn't found that one to compare to
Based on the one picture of that one I'd say mine is in much better condition.. its a multie trophy winner at the local 'minis at the mill' concourse thing at the national motor museum.. im going to get a local classic car mob here to see if they want to sell it on my behalf, see what price they come up with
