When fitting door windows and new bailey channels use baby powder in the channel ,makes windows easier to fit and they glide well. If you have windows that are hard to wind down use baby powder unless the bailey channels are worn out ,also good for caravan doors etc. I have known this procedure since I was an apprentice many moons ago.
Allen I have just fitted up 2 doors today all went well.

Nice hint there.

I used some silicone spray on the new rubber window seals to stop them folding over into the glass when winding windows down.
