Just came across this article in my archive so thought GT lovers might like to read it, although most of the content was probably provided by Leyland so would have appeared in other reviews.

Interesting bits to me are the presence of the bullet exterior mirror on the factory press vehicle (mirror by Wibroc) and mention of optional side stripes.

Very nice. Thanks[THUMBS UP SIGN]. I’ll have to go through my stuff and put it on as well. Have lots of brochures and also recently bought a collection of just about every Australian car magazine article on the GT.

Re the optional side and bonnet stripes, listed at $30; I seem to remember the stripes were a DELETE option.
