Just my thinking , It fits the puller as per pic , it's short enough so that you can give it a hit with a hammer whilst removing the flywheel when the engine is still in the car :idea: .

The puller on the left is the Austalloy type that i have , does anyone have any idea as to what the 3 studs without the large nut on the right side of pic might be for ?, they have the shorter fine thread that fits the flywheel , do the 850 flywheels have a shallower female thread ?, seeing as the box that the puller came in says the tool suits 850 - 1100 engines .
