Just want to say, the mini community is very similar to the torana crowd, and I had thought old classics in general. Unfortunately while trying to sell my mazda, the rotary crowd (not all) proved otherwise. The rudeness and aggression about trying to get my number and my car was legitimately scary. And continues after i have sold it.

Just giving some props to all of you guys and other mini owners for the great attitudes and respect for others.
(sorry if this has a better category to be in)

If I'm carrying on like a pork-chop, I'm having a great time.

If I go very quiet there's a very good chance I broke something.

I'll agree with the above. I had an old 70's Mazda and I'm sure glad to be with the mini crowd now!

Every crowd can have some individuals that take pleasure in criticising or otherwise being anti-social. The internet makes it easier for people to hide behind a pseudonym whilst making cowardly remarks. Such behaviour is not tolerated on Ausmini and we rely on members to report any instances. Hopefully the result is an informative and friendly place to chat about the little car we all love (and occasionally hate when it doesn't do what it's told). :)

mazdas are ugly, hence the people have crappy attitudes, minis are cute, so people have nice attitudes

Don't get in with the Subaru WRX/STI crowd then.
