Are you using the Hardy Spicer joints, flanges and drive yokes as used on the S and GT?
If so you need the S side covers, also S diff output shafts (with their collets and bolts).

If you are keeping the rubber uni's drive yokes and fitting QL5000 Hardy Spicer joints instead of rubber, then no.

These parts were also used in the MiniMatics. But their side covers don't fit manuals.

i hadn't realized the bolt/collet arrangement on the output shaft was so beefy. Is there room for a normal socket and is a replacement bolt available new/ uprated / etc? ( Great photo Tim).. I did quickly look at minispares site but couldn't find

Originals parts getting hard to come by.... (though I managed to get some NOS out of Chile a year or so ago !)

As an alternative can now buy Pot Joint Diff adapters for Hardy Spicer.... should leak less oil  - but would need the Pot Joint diff parts (but should be easier to come by)

I got some via Harris Motorsport - but he's since retired ... the bling versions:

Try MKO. They have second-hand components and also conversion kits to pot joints.

Also need the collets and special washers bolts

can see the collets on the MKO site but not the special washers and bolts?
found the bolt but not the star washer? between the collets and oil seal.

I bought a couple of sets of the washers from the local fastener shop. Very cheap!

Edit: Some useful bits on eBay for you
