Here is my HIF44. The throttle is to be pulled from the top.

with that linkage, the cable wraps around underneath the curved part at the front/below the butterfly, and is secured by the bolt thingy with the screw going into it - if that's the carb you're getting, with those linkages (throttle & choke) on it, you don't need anything else

if you get desperate, you can use a single 1 1/5" manifold, just needs to be opened up a bit, only uses 2 of the bolt holes, or you could get a bit of aluminuim and make yourself an adapter plate

You will need a throtle bracket as well. This holds the throttle cable, original type airfilter box and is a heat shield. You will also need the part that the outer throttle cable fits into and a carb spacer. You can see all these in the last picture you posted. I got a throttle bracket from Northern Mini Parts. You may need to modify the bracket slightly depending on how thick a carb spacer you can fit.

Looks like you got all the info Me to slow and that looks just like mine but I now have a HF piston and spring instead of the HIF Bearing Dash Pot as it was going up to fast and giving me a flat spot.

yeah but never worked for me as i went up to a 60 grade with no luck.
But I did not try a heavier spring as local supplier did not have one at the time so it got the hs type and stuck that on and all sweet.
