I used to just get in and drive the thing, only checking oil, coolant, clutch and brake fluid/s levels once a week. Unless I noticed any dramatic changes in temperature braking ability and all that I would just drive her.

Same as 1360 LS but with tyre pressures once a month and check to see if waterproofing is working after a good rain.

I saw an elderly woman with a campervan on an ABC show a couple of years ago and she had a saying that she followed each time she moved camp . "The vehicle needs POWER , Petrol , Oil , Water , Elactric's , Rubber , check them each time you move on ..."

Brake fluid.
Not silicone brake fluid but normal brake fluid, about 5 to 7 dollars a bottle. Same for the clutch cylinder, just use normal brake fluid.
Don't allow yourself to get to concerned with the brand or DOT number on it.

Don't put anything else in the resevoir as it will stuff your whole brake or clutch system up.

Don't reuse old fluid, and keep the lid on as much as you can, it absorbs water from the atmosphere which destroys your braking peformance (turns to steam under pressure).
