I have a mk 2 cooper s block that is currently on +60 thou but looks like it may need to be bored. So my question is can I bore it out again and still be able to reline after that if necessary? If I can what is the max piston size I can go to?
I see GR sells a 72.5mm (+74thou) and there is a 73mm (+94thou)

You can go 72.5, 73.0, 73.5. I'm pretty sure GR has sleeved S blocks back from 73.5, ring him and check.

has the block been offset bored to get it to .060" ?
