Is that front bar going to like the front of a dodge nitro?

Thanks JC - slow but steady!

Gordo - more EVO 5 than Dodge Nitro...

Ha ha Matty you bugger!!

That is why I am making a blank, so I can then make a mould from that. Then, from the mould comes the moulding, the actual piece that will be fitted to the car.

So, comes the day when I am thrashing you up the Nossa hillclimb, and I accidentally get distraced by a chick with rather beaudacious ta-ta's who lifts her top, and I end up punting the wall, I just have to pull another moulding off the mould (which I will own) and paint - simple (well not really).

Cant wait for that day (longingly looks off into the distance....)

Cheers,
Tricky

ha ha,,, now see , that`s where you`re wrong,,, "thrashing me" ????? Pfffffftttt

maybe both you & JC need to have a run in my hillclimb buggy :-) then i know you wouldn`t be making any more silly little statements like that if you did

& yeah i know you`re just ribbing me, i`m just taking advantage of yet another chance to say just how damn good my buggy is :-)

forgive me?

:-)

Edit--> oh & sorry i forgot to mention---> it`s damn good to see you have a renew-ed enthusiasm & actually getting things done bro,,, keep the momentum going please???
& really well done man !!!!!!! It`s really taking shape now, i actually can`t wait to have you "attempting" to thrash me up the hillclimbs :-)

Matt, I think it would be a long time coming for me to pip you at the post!!! There is a lot of experience between those two hairy ears of yours!!

Yes, I think JC and myself need to do some serious 'Weapons Testing' so to speak.

Of course I forgive you, what are friends for?? (ribbing obviously, but other than that - beers and steak!).

Thanks for the kind words mate - its damn good to be getting back into the groove and yes, this time I want to keep the momentum up until its finished. And now that I have decided to NOT to rely on anyone else to do the work for me, I think that I can see it through!!

I wont be thrashing anyone in El Gato - its not going to be 'that' competitive. Mind you, the water/methanol injection might make up for a bit....

If I 'was' to seriously try and give you a good run for your money Matt, it would be in a purpose built, lightweight, AWD race car (as he looks around and blows the dust off the plans for the AWD, supercharged, Honda-powered track car)....!!

I am looking forward to seeing more of it Joe, and to hear about the big news. Cant wait!!

now you`re cookin bro,,, lightweight, 4x4 & force fed is definately the go
my new buggy design is exactly that, but i`m not giving away any secrets just yet :-)

Indeed Matt!!

I watched a vid the other day of the Judd E36 BMW V8 powered AWD hillclimb car driven by George Plasa (RIP) and boy did that thing hoot - 560hp and 10,000rpm redline!!!
It cornered like it was on rails!!

I agree totally, AWD, purpose built, ultra-lightweight, forced induction is the winning recipe!!

When do I get to see the new buggy?
