Supertrax are different to the ones listed by floss.

Probably my favorite wheel design except for the offset and width. They look HOT on that clubby!

They are Minispeed black though, and Supertrax are different again.

I'd be surprised if either wheel was 3Kg lighter than a superlight? superlights are 5Kg odd which is heavy but your not going to get 60% lighter?

The heavy part is the A048R @ 8Kg!

Josh,

Not sure what you mean, I was of the understanding the ones on Dave's van are 13 x 7 SuperTrax.

Cheers,
Tricky

My mistake, Dave's van looked like it had Minispeed wheels, but it doesn't :)

Josh,

I can see why you would get confused, they do look extremely similar.

Cheers,
Tricky

Sorry to go a bit off track... But Josh if you have gone from 13" to 10" what did you end up doing with those nice tarox brakes?
The supertrax look the best in my opiniion

Gordo,

I bought em! Now I just have to re-engineer them a little to fit my car...

I think I will stick with the std -7mm offset.

With my 195 tyres they will fill the guards perfectly.

Would a +22 clear the rear trailing arm even with stepped drums?

Yea i didn't realise the supertrax came in matt black :)

I'm still curious on the weight saving on these over the superlights.

See below :)

I went down to Tarox 4pot B20's and 7.5" vented rotors.

Josh

Yes, you are right there.

I think the weight saving might be in the order of 2kg approximately. It would be about 1kg for the wheels and about 1 kg for the tyres (Dunlops over the Yoko's).

That is still a considerale saving - in the order of 16%
