No, haven't used one.
Doubt it would fit without a serious bonnet hump, as the G13b is already quite tall in the mini bay.

First time I've seen this manifold with top mount turbo
The manifold looks like it could fit, but the turbo will probably be too high
& hit the slam panel & bonnet

Sorry to correct you, but it's not a top mount. What you can see on top is where the wastegate goes if you use one, or it can be blanked off.
