A Build guide is going onto CDs & will be sent free of charge to the purchasers of my fitting kits at a later date (once it`s finished, probly be a month or 2)
I am sending a bottom rad hose "S" pipe to adapt the bottom radiator hose to clear the timing belt & also giving a braket for the L/H engine steady bar to bolt to the front cyl head plate to the first few kits sold,,,
I`m allready making up a pile of oil feed hoses to the cyl head (for those of you who don`t want to groove your front cam bearing & re-drill the cyl head oil feed hole to line up with the one in the mini block) so these will be avaliable shortly.
As you should allready know,,, i have jigged up & made both N/A extractors & turbo manifolds with dump pipes to fit under the bonnet & they are avaliable right now
& i am in the process of making alloy inlet plenum chambers to suit both siingle throttle bodies & carby flanges (most probably suit 1&3/4 carb , so an 1&1/2 carb will obviously also fit if you so desire) This will be a fairly cheap way to run a carby & dizzy for those who havn`t got the cash to set up Engine managment systems straight away, so should be able to bung the SU carb on, stick your old dizzy in the hole, swap 2 ign leads around, start the car & drive away-ish
If my wiring man (Jonno) got off his arse then we`d allready have a pile of wiring looms sitting here to suit the Adaptronic computer, & very soon we should have a start up program sorted to simply dump into the computer to get you going should you decide to go the std Bimmer quad throttle body injection route.
I`m also developing a crank & cam angle sensor package (not the one inside the dissy like what is on the moke atm, but seperate external type ones with brakets & pulley to simply bolt to your engine & plug the loom into them... & of course dump the program into the computer, start the car & drive away-ish
Obviously there will be some more tuning than that depending on your engine , inlet & exhaust specs, but our initial "start up & run" program should get you on the right path
Hoping we can get some go forwards with all this & have them packaged up by early in the new year, so if you`re thinking of doing a Twinky conversion but are maybe a little worried about what to do , or lack of support, or can`t make all this stuff yourself,,, Please don`t be affraid,,, i will be continuing to make & develope stuff to suit this cyl head & most of the gear i make will be avaliable for sale once they`re done.
I have already spoken with a few guys that race these & have started talking turkey about the cost & avaliability of a larger cam & valve package & i have already started opening up the ports on one head, so keep an eye out for a sooped up version in the later half of next year.

Ok--> RB Racing in the States has produced well over 300hp from their own turbo version fitted to only a 1200cc donk,,, there`s lots of power avaliable
Another friend of mine set one up in his mini & has allready seen over 200hp & still climbing with more development happening
