ok...just made the final payment on my 4e-fte front-cut...i am thinking about what wheel/tyre package people would recommend for this conversion. my final power output goal is probably around the same as brad is getting (~170hp atw maybe a wee bit more...but nothing like what baracade is doing :P) i was thinking 13x7 with low profile tyres but that perhaps wider is better...can you get wider versions of the 13" wheel? also what is tyre availability like for these wheels? 13" isnt exactly common on today's road cars :P i would like a set of those sexy yokohama tyres that everyone reckons are the best...do they come in 13xN?

you can buy 13x8's but there would be a lot of fun making them fit, cuting the front gaurds, big flares etc

Not to mention torque steer, flogged out bearings and excessive unsprung weight.

13x7's at the most for my money.

And its the Dunlop tyres that are the best, not the Yokofarmers!

13x5.5" RS Watanabes are my fav. I personally don't like driving minis with > 5.5 width wheels.
