the shop that fitted them told me only to adjust them 6 faces "of the bolt" which did stuff all :x and if i tryed to adjust them more they were geting loose in the car another shop said dont worry about it so i cranked em till they just sat in the cones and now they are sweet. went for a massive hills run at a fast and hard pace with little or no scrape on the guards. :D i think if i fit a shocker with a sorter stroke they will hold i the sub frame a little better....

generally, if you lower the car, you should fit the shorter shocker to stop the stockies bottoming out..

The stockies don't bottom out, that's what the bumpstops are for... :lol:
Shorter shockies stop its balls getting dislocated when you get big air... 8)
