All have been done, and can be done...

But most people will tell you that power steering is a waste of money. Theres no point, the mini is light enough.

Kits are available for power windows/central locking.

A/C is also possible. Find one from a rover.. I'm sure some others may fit also..

See if I can shed any more detail:

Power steering has been done before. How hard a mini is to steer will relate to the tyres on the car, the steering wheel diameter and the steering rack fitted. EG, 4 inch wide tyres and the bus twirler wheel would be easier to steer than 8 inch wide tyres and a 10 inch ricer steering wheel.

Central locking has been done before to a few cars, however more clever thinking is needed to get it to work in a roundnose.

The light is the easiest to do of all, its really a no brainer.

Power window kits are available for the rover minis (imports). The windows have a different system for driving them up and down than the ausie cars. Again, it has been done to aussie doors and requires some clever thinking to get it to happen in the confined space.

A/C would be coming straight from a rover. Easy to get if you have the cash.
