why would you spend so much for a bloody handbrake? :S

unless it has super powers and enables your MINI to do extreme hand brakeys with full control!

well that isn't going to happen. Mike drives a MOKE. i know what you mean though

that is a bargain.... it actually works in reverse too, you can push the button in and turn the combination and it'll lock the button in. So it does help for handbrake turns, the worst is when you do a little handbrakey and if you accidentally let go of the button AND turn the combination, it locks it on mid turn - I did it once... wasn't fatal.

works so well though, my mate says he had one in the UK, and it saved his car a couple of times, as long as the handbrake works well, it aint going no place - unless the wouldbe thief carries a spanner to undo the handbrake cables - could happen I guess...

the numbers on mine don't stand out that well, so most people don't know what it is, some think it's auto adjustment, some think it's just fancy.....

It's also a bugger to undo in the dark, need to turn on the interior light to see the numbers, but I wouldn't part with it, would I Mike :D

... about six weeks ago
But first I posted him a crisp $50 note & had to wait until he received it...
was getting worried until he emailed asking for my postal address again.

Postage was US $5 and was sent on the 8th Nov. Priority - I don't think so :)

Mind you the other stuff was paid by credit card & still took 3 weeks from Melbourne

actually only covers the cost of one of mine, so the 4th one may be for sale if someone is really really keen and misses out on the first 3... if they sell at all that is
