HYB8125 is the Mini rubber seat diaphragm, so quite appropriate you found it in the seat. The glue obviously decided it couldn't hold the sticker to the rubber any longer. :)

It's an Australian part so will have made in Australia embossing somewhere. Don't know if it's Dunlop or Bostick origin, although the latter rings a bell.

As Doug alluded to above, the part maker changed its name after 50 year from Bostick to just Boss
