I have a few primary gears and am unsure if they are 1275 or something else.

How do I determine if a primary gear is 1275 or not apart from physically sticking it on a 1275 crank?
(Are all 1275 primary gears the same... ie mk1 S, mk2 S, 1100S etc)

Brenton

The small bore ones have the same diameter bush in each end.

1275 is bigger on the engine side bearing

I know of three different 1275 crank tails. But one of those is RWD.

So do small bore and 1275 primary gears have the same number of teeth?
