Looking for someone to line bore bushes in a primary gear on 1275 motor - pre A Plus series. Fitted with new bushes and requires machining to suit crankshaft. Prefer Geelong but will post to Melbs. Thanks in advance.

Hi, don't forget to measure the crankshaft diameters with a micrometer. The larger diameter is nearly always undersize, and if you machine it to standard size you will already be too large in the bush. Cheers Lindsay. I do have the name of a good machinist, who has done many for me if you are stuck, but you would have to post to Melbourne.

Thanks Lindsey, we are aware of the undersize issue. Would appreciate the name and contact details of the machinist in Melbourne. Regards Chris
